At Fragrance One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unopened and lightly tested fragrances.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Fragrance
Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new fragrance choice within 5 to 7 business days.
