Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Absolutely. Fragrance One only sources products directly from authorized distributors and the original fashion houses to guarantee 100% authenticity for every bottle.

How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?

To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where temperature fluctuations occur.

What is your return policy for opened fragrances?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying our sample vials before committing to a full-sized bottle.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that because perfume is classified as a flammable liquid, it must be shipped via ground transportation.

What is the difference between EDT and EDP?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (5-15%) and ideal for casual daytime wear.
